We have all handpicked mangoes from Amrai of Ratnagiri and Devdadh.
What is the shelf life of mangoes
- Once mango is ready to eat must be consumed within 3 days else will rotten.
- It can be stored in refrigerator only after its ready, raw or semi ripen mango must be kept in grass or grains t continue its ripening
- Long storage in refrigerator reduces the sweetness after 3 days.
- The mango season is April and May. After a rainfall of June the mango sweetness gets reduced and season ends by 2nd week of June.
